How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will restore any active subscriptions or lifetime purchases linked to your Apple ID.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device to manage or cancel any active subscription.
The app isn't working correctly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the problem continues, contact us using the email below with a description of the issue.
